If you stick with it, this regimen can produces rapid weight loss, but with a limited menu plan. As stated before, you are mainly consuming grapefruit with just a limited amount of other foods throughout the day.
Cabbage Soup Diet
This fad diet has been around for ages - much like a few other programs like the grapefruit diet. The cabbage soup diet consists of eating cabbage soup through the day, with a few other foods.
this type of diet can be done for up to 2 weeks. All the water that the soup is made up of allows you to feel fuller, much like constantly drinking water.

The important thing to remember is that you don't want to be on these types of diets for too long as they do not provide your body with all the necessary nutrients that it needs.
Once you've completed the program, slowly introduce regular foods back into your diet, or else you risk gaining all the weight back in a short period of time.
