Losing weight during the holiday season can seem almost impossible with all of the activities and temptations. From the middle of Autumn to the end of the year, we're surrounded by food. While teaming up with someone who's also trying to lose weight is helpful no matter what season it is, during the holidays it can be even more beneficial.
