1) Exercise is the first important part of weight loss. It is one of the most difficult parts about losing weight for some and others enjoy the moment of doing it. Of course, your exercise program is definitely something that you are going to force yourself to do it, even on some days you feel like you want to take the day off for an exercise. However, there will be no irrational reasons it if you want to lose weight.
- There are a lot of cardiovascular exercises to choose from just to make the routine not boring; you can do tread milling for day 1, stationary biking for day 2, brisk walking for day 3, etc. do not stay and focus on one exercise only. Make the exercise fun for you. If you want to really feel the regimen, you can bring an iPod with you. Do the cardiovascular exercises daily or 3-5 days weekly for 30 minutes.
- Strength training exercises are good in combination with cardio training as these are done alternately for 5 days. You can do these in 30-45 minutes. You can try your dumbbells, weights, exercise ball and medicine ball for these exercises as these help in strengthening your muscles as they are working together to burn more calories.
- Cut out the sodas from your life and try to drink only water and some unsweetened juices and low -fat milk. More sodas, more calories in the body, thus causing weight gain. So, if you want to lose weight, get rid of these.
- Try cutting out many of the starches (carbohydrates) that you eat such as rice, potatoes, bread, and pasta. These are commonly called, "white foods". You can eat these but eat in moderation.
- Include more protein in the diet because it burns fat. When we eat, it takes 3 hours to digest each meal, but lean protein can burn calories better than any other nutrient. It never makes you feel hungry for 3 hours and prevents you from craving your all time favorite cheeseburgers and fries. So, to have more protein, eat fresh fish, chicken & turkey breast, egg whites, etc.
- Carbohydrates are also important as these give energy to the body especially when working out. Here are the lists of complex carbohydrates you can choose from: Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Asparagus, Collard Greens, Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Yams & Sweet Potatoes, Barley, oat meals, etc.
You see, if you are always thinking that you will fail, it attracts negative energy and you will never succeed because you always have failures in your mind.
